Your responsibility for content

You're responsible for everything published on your website — text, images and any other material — whether we added it during the build or you added it yourself. By publishing it, you confirm you own it or have the right to use it, and that it's accurate and lawful.

What you must not publish

You agree not to use a Served Online website to publish, host or link to anything that:

Using the service fairly

You also agree not to use the service or your dashboard to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, to place unreasonable load on our systems, or to attempt to circumvent security or access areas you're not authorised to use.

What we can do about breaches

If we reasonably believe content breaches this policy, or we're notified that it does, we may:

Where it's practical and appropriate, we'll let you know and give you a chance to put things right first. Where content is unlawful or the situation is urgent, we may act immediately.

Reporting a problem

If you believe content on a site we host breaches this policy or your rights, email hello@servedonline.co.uk with the details and we'll review it promptly.
